Xiao Long Bao ( chinese: 小籠包 ) means "little dumpling in a basket". This form of steam cooking dumplings in a bamboo basket can be traced back to China's Song Dynasty, which is more than a thousand years ago. Through years of perfection by different regions in China, the Xiao Long Bao was born.
